The Saiyan race will level up based on a players participation and how effective there gameplay is.Once someone has which the requirememnts they will "level up" to the next designated saiyan level.
Requirements:An extreme amount of rage, more is needed as a saiyan progresses through the levels.No rage is needed for Ultimate Form 1 or 2.

Base Level:Pl 100,000
Oozauru Form: Requires Moonlight (+5,000,000 PL, 750,000 AD and becomes wild unless user has over 20,000,000 PL)
Super Saiyan 1st Form:PL 25,000,000 (+10,000,000 PL, 5,000,000 AD)
Ultimate Form 1:Pl 60,000,000 (+25,000,000 PL, 15,000,000 AD, -50% speed, with zanzoukan available you could still fade)
Ultimate Form 2:Pl 100,000,000 (+40,000,000 PL, 25,000,000 AD, -90% speed, unable to fade)
Super Saiyan 2nd Form:Pl 200,000,000 (+100,000,000 PL, 50,000,000 AD)
Super Saiyan 3rd Form:Pl 325,000,000 (+200,000,000 PL, 80,000,000 AD)
Golden Oozauru: Pl 450,000,000 (+280,000,000 PL, 100,000,000 AD)
Super Saiyan 4th Form:Pl 500,000,000 (+400,000,000 PL, 200,000,000 AD)
 
Rage:Power Increases greatly, powerful enough to even damage the toughest foe temporarily.Must have permission to use this. Available for Saiyans, Saiyan/Humans, and Saiyan/Wizards. (AD +40,000,000)

 The Saiyan/Human race will level up based on a players participation and how effective there gameplay is.This is basically like Saiyans, only they can not attain the same levels as a Saiyan after stage 2.

Ultimate Form 2: PL 100,000,000 (+50,000,000 PL, 30,000,000 AD same effect as Saiyans))
Super Saiyan 2nd Form:PL 200,000,000 (+120,000,000 PL, 50,000,000 AD)
Super Saiyan 3rd Form:PL 325,000,000 (+200,000,000 PL, 75,000,000 AD)

The Saiyan/Wizard is a cross between a saiyan and a wizard, giving them the ability to learn and use magic. This race will level up based on a players participation and how effective there gameplay is.Each level is obtained just like a regular Saiyan, rage upon ssj through ssj4 though ussj and ussj2 do not need rage.

Super Saiyan 1st Form:PL 15,000,000 (+10,000,000 PL, 5,000,000 AD)
Ultimate Form 1:Pl 60,000,000 (+30,000,000 PL, 15,000,000 AD, -50% speed, can still fade with Zanzoukan)
Ultimate Form 2:Pl 100,000,000 (+55,000,000 PL, 25,000,000 AD, -90% speed, unable to fade)
Super Saiyan 2nd Form:Pl 200,000,000 (+100,000,000 PL, 50,000,000 AD)
Super Saiyan 3rd Form:Pl 325,000,000 (+200,000,000 PL, 100,000,000 AD)

Golden Oozauru: PL 450,000,000 (+300,000,000 PL, 125,000,000 AD)

A race with regenerative abbilities, Nameks are beleived to be in many aspects a great and powerful race.A Nameks Power is based off of its mere Training time and its ability to fuse with other Nameks.

Changelings posses the ability to Transform into more powerful versions of themselves.Much like the Saiyans they will tranform based on participation and effectiveness.However, Changelings will be able to tranform quicker and there changes will be much more drastic.
